How booking works

  1. Build your quote online. Pick your date and rentals. Your estimate updates as you go.
  2. We confirm. We check availability and go over delivery details with you.
  3. We set up and pick up. Everything is in place before guests arrive and gone the next day.

How far ahead should I book?

Tents and umbrella tables go first, especially on weekends from May through September. Start your quote as soon as you know your date.

Is delivery included?

Delivery, setup and pickup are part of every order. The delivery fee depends on distance and is shown in your quote before you confirm.

Can you put a tent on a driveway or patio?

Yes. On grass we stake the tent; on driveways, patios and parking lots we use weights. Tell us your surface in your quote. We'll also ask about buried lines and may call 811 before staking.

What if it rains?

Tents are made for it, and sidewalls help with wind and rain. If severe weather is forecast, contact us and we'll work out your options.

Do I need to clean anything before pickup?

Just clear food and trash off the tables and leave chairs in one spot. Please don't stack wet items or drag tables across pavement.
